

I offer specialist psychological therapy using EMDR Therapy and Schema Therapy, with a focus on three areas:
Workplace Trauma — for those who have been through distressing or harmful experiences at work that have left a lasting mark.
Work Anxiety — for those whose working life has left them anxious, hypervigilant, or unable to switch off, even when the situation has changed.
Trauma — for those carrying difficult or overwhelming experiences from any point in their life, whether in childhood or in adulthood.
I’m a Practitioner Psychologist and Trauma Therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting adults through trauma and mental health challenges.
Alongside my clinical experience and training, I have personal experiences of some of the difficulties that I work with, which means I understand, not just professionally, but personally, how these experiences can impact you, and what it takes to heal from them.
When you sit with me, you don’t have to justify your experience or convince me it matters. I already know it did.
My approach is warm, non-judgemental, and tailored to you. I work primarily with EMDR therapy and Schema Therapy, two evidence-based approaches that go beyond managing how you feel day-to-day, to helping you process and heal what’s underneath.
Together, we can make sense of what happened, understand why it has affected you the way it has, and begin to rebuild your sense of safety, confidence, and self-worth.
